That is the soul doctor, of course. There is nothing better than a few humorous lines to shake off stress or sadness. I even dare to say chase all the heavy feelings away.
It’s almost like in the joke with the psychologist and his client: “Write a letter to the person which annoyed you and then burn it up.” “And what do I do afterwards with the letter?”
In this case I strongly advise you burn the letter. There is no jail time in the picture! Or burn your nibble. Or tear them to pieces. The catch is to focus all the negative in something that you can make go away. Your small ritual to keep stress away. You do want to be healthy, happy and look good every day.
