When the magic of number 8 and Sun in Leo shake hands…

You come center stage and simply shine. In all your beauty and glory, grateful to have reached a balance in between Light & Shadow. You take the stand and speak your truth, consolidated by intensive learning, through books and life experiences. You put yourself out there, strong because you accept and show your vulnerable side. You shine regardless what others think of you. There will always like and dislike. That doesn’t make one less valuable, it only fine combs the people he or she speaks to or for.

I stayed silent for the past eight months learning about new tools and about myself. During these past months, I stepped into the fascinating world of astrology (Thank you, Barbara Bacauanu and my dear soul sister Madalina) and I’ve accumulated life lessons that made it clear that some of us do not play by the book. We write our own! It takes both guts and accountability. I started from numerology and I am still taking baby steps in adjusting to astrology, too. The power of number eight in numerology (leadership, justice, statute, ambition, resources, care for others, as Above so Below, etc) vibrates happily with the astrological value of eight (the Scorpio ability to dive deep down and transmute the ugly into beauty, coming back up shining a stronger Light) nudging me to take up writing/sharing life learnings once again.

Call it Sun in Leo (House 10 – statute) squaring North Node in Taurus (House 7 – Descendent, relationships) and South Node in Scorpio (House 1 – Ascendant, me with my masks), this is the time to know and accept who you are. This is the time to have your lines ready for that magnificent play that it called Your Own Story. Sometimes we are called to be the stars of our own plays, not only the directors. And precisely for that reason we need to know when are we stepping on our own hearts and souls to conform to what is “socially acceptable” or written in a metaphorical guidebook of good manners. I’ve seen so many people fade away because of this need to conform and live by the book. I’ve been one of them at one point in time, until my soul bled and life kicked me in the behind so hard that I smashed face down into the pavement (once again, metaphorically).

Call it the test of Lilith in Cancer (House 9 – higher learning/knowledge), our Shadow in a very emotional and intimate sign that forces us in front of an inner truth mirror. Each of us have to pass a particular test, according to our own charts. Furthermore, we see Lilith in Cancer (House 9) opposing the Moon and Pluto in Capricorn (House 3 – communication), yet in trine with Neptune in Pisces (House 5 – feelings, inner child, passion, hobbies).

My test chased me until I acknowledged that my path is a revolutionary one and I can’t conform, not even to the finest interpretations. That doesn’t mean I turn into Darth Vader of some other spooky character. It simply speaks about the extent to which I accept compromising my own values and soul to be able to connect to some people/to live by others’ rules. It speaks about looking at my values and boldly face which of them are outdated and which need polishing and how I can communicate this in a solid, well-structured way.

Am I living to my highest potential? Am I slowing down so others can catch up with me? Is that healthy for any of us? It’s now or never, maturing to a new level when one can speak his/her truth lovingly and without judgement. It’s that time when you can get excellent clarity about what makes your heart jump for joy if you just do that inner work and dig up the real you from under the rubble of Lilith and Moon/Pluto opposition. Whatever is built faulty, Pluto will shake down and the real you will shine the moment Inner Light & Shadow harmonize. Suddenly the confusion veil is lifted from your eyes and you know who you are. You become willing to share your path of discovery with the world, tell your story, so others can get the idea and have more tools to support their mental-emotional-action hygiene.

I am grateful for all the experiences, lessons and tests in my life. I didn’t like all of them, but they did me good. Thank God for tools such as numerology and astrology which allow me to improve my life quality in a gentle and beautiful, yet practical way.

Kind reminder, where there’s judgement there is no love. So please be kind, do your own work and avoid criticizing others. None of us really knows what walking a mile in other people’s shoes feels like. One is here to serve for the Greater Good and if we can’t help others, at least let’s keep away from harming them.

Change into Love and you’ll have a clearer view of who you really are.

P.S. A big Thank You to Criss Rosu for my lovely Change into Love logo.
